Another great week at Plantana! Another great week at Plantana…this time we brought our kids and grandkids! The renovations look great and the staff was friendly and helpful as usual. We’ll be back again next year. Their recommendation to use Hurley’s for grocery delivery worked out great. Try nearby Seven Mile Burger for dinner and Seven Mile Greens for lunch.

Relaxing holiday at Plantana Fabulous location right on a quiet stretch of Seven Mile Beach, friendly and efficient, condo very comfortably furnished with well equipped kitchen. Eats diner and Legendz Sports Bar are a short walk away with extensive menu to suit everyone at reasonable prices.

Staff is the best We had some unexpected issues with a newly remodeled unit, and rather than wait for the time necessary to address each of those, we were offered a move to another unit immediately. Staff was terrific, responsive, and very understanding. A particular shout out to Kristy, Kelly, and Moke for all they did to make for such a wonderful experience.

Perfect family beach vacation This was a repeat trip for our family of 5 (2 adults and kids ages 12,9, and 5). We had stayed here pre-Covid in unit 16 and had an amazing time. This year we stayed in unit 19 and it did not disappoint! The units are spacious, super clean, and have everything you need. The kitchens even have blenders and coolers to bring drinks/snacks down to beach and pool. The staff are all friendly and helpful. This is hands down the most beautiful stretch of Seven Mile Beach. There is perfect sandy bottom and crystal clear water. There are some small groupings of rocks a short swim offshore that served as a good introduction to snorkeling for our kids (the water is above your head here though so a life vest is helpful If they aren’t strong swimmers). Plenty of natural shade as well as umbrellas. We were there Easter week (when it was fully booked) and never had trouble finding chairs at the beach or pool. It never felt crowded. The complex provides towels, floats and noodles to use at the beach or pool. The grounds are immaculate. The location is perfect as well. The complex is within walking distance of many restaurants and stores, and a 15-20 min drive from the Turtle Center. You can walk 5 min down the beach to the Westin to grab a drink or eat at the restaurant there. Red Sail sunset sails also leave directly from the beach in front of the Westin. While having these amenities on site are convenient, the beach in front of the Westin is sooooo crowded with people and chairs. We much prefer Plantana and can’t wait to come back.

Heaven on Earth This was our 11th stay at Plantana; it is our little piece of heaven! The beach is pristine, the condos are immaculate and the staff is second to no one! Moke, Kristy, and Hannah are all warm and welcoming. VJ says hello every morning and is very helpful on the beach. I can’t wait for our 2024 visit to see all of the improvements that are scheduled for this summer.

Plantana is great. This is out third stay at Plantana and our first 2 week stay. It was great as always. The complex and units are clean, well stocked and nice. The staff is amazing. We had a couple of small issues and they were handled quickly. The daily housekeeping service is great. There are several restaurants and grocery stores within an easy walk. The beach is spectacular with several areas to explore while snorkeling.

Plantana truly is Paradise! 🌴 ⛵️ 😎 🐠 After experiencing a wonderful stay here 8 years ago, we wouldn't have considered staying anywhere else. Plantana's location is the best of both worlds...on the widest portion of Seven Mile Beach and away from the cruise ship port, hotels and crowds. The property and condo amenities are a guarantee that you will have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The extra wide living room and generous-sized balcony have a lovely view of the pool, beach and beautiful Caribbean Sea. Serenity at it’s best! Plantana...A Piece of Heaven! A Piece of Heaven.....Plantana is our vacation home each year now! All of the staff go an extra mile to make sure our stay is perfect...from the reservations, check in, during the stay, and until we check out. The property is so clean and safe and it is a perfect location on 7 mile beach! We can't wait till we return next year! The Kelley's from Texas!

Caymans’ Best For the past eight or so years , except for Covid years, we have stayed at Plantana and we have booked for 2024. It is truly the gem of the Caymans in all respects. Stay, enjoy and experience this laid back friendly old Cayman style vacation. See ya next year.

The Perfect Getaway...again! Plantana has been our "winter escape" destination for 20+ years, but we missed the past two years due to the pandemic. Happy to report that Plantana and Grand Cayman have survived and even thrived! We were welcomed back with open arms and the warm hospitality that the entire staff always exudes. The beach, the sea and the sun were consistently wonderful, as usual, and the condo was very comfortable with amazing views. We even saw the elusive green flash! What a perfect place for R&R!
